Welcome to the City of Casa Grande's Standard Permits Electronic Plan Review Portal!
All standard permit applications will be submtited through this portal. Standcard applications are homes that will be built multiple times in recorded subdivisions. If you are submitting something other than a standard permit, please email your submittal or question to dcpermits@2gmail.com.
Please take some time to read through these important bullet points prior to submitting your application:
- Leave a 2" x 2" space on the upper right hand corner on site plans
- Naming convention for master applications - subdivision name
- Naming convention for site plan submittals - subdivision and lot number
